For the mandate

Show it to an owner before the mandate is signed.

This is how their yacht, aircraft or house would be presented, open on the table at the first meeting. Their own page would carry your mark and your contact, not the studio’s.

Method

Private showcases for superyachts, private jets and luxury homes, built from your drawings and one walk-through.

HALCYON VI complete on an ivory set, seen from above her starboard bow.

From the drawings, to scale.

A sequence steered by the scroll: the line drawing of HALCYON VI, then her hull, her decks and her fit-out. Then she turns, and her particulars appear beside her: 78.20 m length overall, 12.90 m beam, 3.75 m draught, five decks, 12 guests in six cabins, 21 crew.

The stern of HALCYON VI composed for a wide screen, with room on the left for the words.

16 : 9For the desk.

The same moment composed for a phone held upright, with room above her for the words.

9 : 16For the phone.

The same moment, composed twice. Neither is a crop of the other.

  1. The drawings.

The GA, the cabin layout or the plans, modelled to scale.

  2. One walk-through.

One visit or one call settles the materials, the light and the order of the rooms.

  3. The picture.

Lit like a shoot, composed for the desk and for the phone.

  4. The page.

A private link to send, with nothing to install.

Private Showcase is a studio in Germany that makes scroll-driven 3D showcases for superyachts, private jets and luxury homes, each one modelled to scale from its drawings and sent to a buyer as a private link.

Questions

Ten answers, in brief.

What is a private showcase?

A single scroll-driven page on which one yacht, aircraft or house is shown in 3D in one continuous camera move. The camera moves only when the reader scrolls: in from the sea or across the apron, through the door, room by room. Everything is made in advance and composed separately for the desk and for the phone, and the specification appears beside the picture where it matters.

How is it different from a 360° tour?

A 360° tour shows rooms from fixed points, and a recorded walk-through runs at its own pace. A showcase is one camera path that the reader steers, made in 3D rather than photographed, so it can show what a camera cannot: a house before it is built, a yacht below the waterline, a cabin at dusk with every light set.

Who is it for?
What does the studio need?

The GA and specification of a yacht, the cabin layout of an aircraft, or the plans of a house, then one walk-through or one call. If it is still on paper, the drawings are enough.

Can it carry our name?

Yes. A commissioned page carries your mark, your contact and your disclaimer, not the studio’s, so the buyer sees your firm presenting it.

What does it cost?

Each showcase has one fixed price for its object. It is set by the object’s size, how many rooms the camera enters and whether it is shown by day, by night or both. The price comes in writing, within a day of your enquiry, with no day rates and nothing added later.

Can it stay private, and where does it live?

Yes. It can be opened by a single private link, kept out of search engines and taken down when the sale is done, or it can live on your own domain under your mark. Drawings can be sent under your NDA or the studio’s.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. Every showcase is composed twice, for the landscape screen at a desk and the portrait screen of a phone; neither is a crop of the other. It opens in the browser on iPhone, Android and desktop, with nothing to install.

Are the yachts, aircraft and houses here real?

They are the studio’s own works, made so that every room could be shown. HALCYON VI and MIRALL are invented. LUEUR is an artist’s impression after the proportions of a current ultra-long-range type; its name, cabin and livery are the studio’s own, and no maker or registration is shown. Each is modelled to scale, and the harbour of Monaco and the ramp at Nice are built from map data.

Who is behind Private Showcase?

Julian Ivanov, a sole proprietor in Lingen, Germany, trading as Private Showcase. One person makes each showcase, from the drawings to the last picture, and answers every message, in English or German.

None of these is for sale. Yours is.
