For the trade

What a broker or dealer does with it.

  1. 01

    The mandate.

Before the exclusive listing agreement is signed, show the owner how their aircraft would be presented: this page on the table at the first meeting, then the same for their aircraft once the listing is yours.

  2. 02

    The private viewing.

A principal walks the cabin first, on their own phone: around the aircraft with the key figures, up the airstair and through to the stateroom, every seat and window where the layout puts it.

  3. 03

    The launch.

The day it comes to market: one link for the buyers’ brokers, the acquisition teams and the newsletter, with the cabin layout and the figures beside the picture, the same on every screen.

  4. 04

    Discretion.

Many aircraft change hands without a public listing. One private link, kept out of search and taken down after the sale; the registration, the serial number and the owner’s name stay off the page, and the page carries your mark and your contact, not the studio’s.

The commission

One object, one page, one fixed price.

What the studio needs.

The cabin layout (the LOPA) and the specification, then one walk-through on the ramp or in the hangar, or one call. A cabin still being refitted: the designer’s drawings are enough.

What you receive.

One page for the aircraft, composed for the desk and for the phone; stills of every cabin zone from the same scene; the ramp by day and at dusk where it suits the aircraft; the cabin plan beside the picture, seating and sleeping on one switch. A private link, or a page on your own domain with your mark, contact and disclaimer.

Price.

A fixed price, in writing, within a day of your enquiry: no day rates and nothing added later.

Questions

Seven answers for brokers and dealers.

01What does the studio need?

The cabin layout (the LOPA) and the specification, then one walk-through on the ramp or in the hangar, or one call. From them the aircraft is modelled to scale: the cabin’s length and height, every seat, divan and window where the layout puts it.

02We already have photographs and a 360° tour. Why this?

Photographs show the aircraft where it stands, usually in a hangar; a tour shows it from fixed points. The showcase shows it on a ramp in the light you choose, the cabin in its seating and sleeping layouts on one switch, the cabin plan and the figures beside the picture, and a refit before it is finished: the same on every phone, under your mark.

03Can it show a cabin before a refit is finished?

Yes. The cabin is modelled from the designer’s drawings and the chosen materials, so a buyer can see it finished while the aircraft is still in the hangar.

04Can the aircraft stay anonymous?

Yes. The registration, the serial number and the owner’s name can stay off the page. The link is private, kept out of search engines and taken down after the sale, and the drawings can be sent under NDA.

05Can a buyer’s broker pass it on?

Yes: it is one link. It opens in the browser on any phone or computer, with nothing to install and no login. If it must not travel, it can be made for a single buyer and taken down afterwards.

06Is LUEUR a real aircraft?

LUEUR is an artist’s impression after the proportions of a current ultra-long-range type. Its name, cabin and livery are the studio’s own, and no maker or registration is shown. Every figure on its page is illustrative.

07What does it cost?

One fixed price for the aircraft, in writing, within a day of your enquiry, with no day rates and nothing added later.

LUEUR is not for sale. Yours is.
